Business Software Alliance (BSA) rates Finland as the second best country for IT companies. According to BSA, the best environment for IT companies is in the United States of America. The IT Industry Competitiveness Index compares 66 countries' capabilities of providing support for IT production sector. The index was released on Tuesday 27th of September. Both USA and Finland remained at the same position as in the last index. Third on the list was Singapore, followed by Sweden, UK, Denmark and Canada.
