Finland: The Promised Land For Property Investors

24.04.2012

According to the survey conducted by a British Aviva Investors company, Finland is the second most appealing country in Europe for property investors. The first place was taken by Sweden and Germany came third.

The assessment criteria for Aviva included for example general macro economy indicators such as indebtedness, transparency and liquidity.

According to Aviva, Swedish properties will make a profit of 5,2 per cent until the year 2016. Higher profit figures were found for example in Ireland but the market risk is estimated to be clearly higher than in Sweden. (Source: www.tekniikkatalous.fi,19.4.2012)
