World Economic Forum has studied employees’ know-how and productivity. Switzerland was on the top of the list and Finland received the 2nd place. Singapore was third and fourth place went to the Netherlands.
Finland is known for its unconventional education system and the study also highlighted Finland’s infastructure, skilled work force and excellent social mobility.
